I would start a charity that helps drug addicts get the real help they need. My charity would give them housing and treatment for an extended time, much longer then 30 days. I would also have this charity be a place for a jail alternative. It would be kind of like a rehab, but with job skills offered too. This is near and dear to me, simply because I have lost lots of friends to drugs, they just slipped into addiction and could never climb back out. It just seems that there is no help for people like this. So this is what I would like to do.
