It is 1/3rd what it is today. 2) Remove unconstitutional programs such as medicare and social security by not accepting new people to join in. Let it expire with all its current reciepients. End the unconstitutional department of education. *Raising taxes wont do it. it CANT do it. You would need to raise taxes %500 or %600.
