1) Reduce the federal budget to 1990 size. It is 1/3rd what it is today.
2) Remove unconstitutional programs such as medicare and social security by not accepting new people to join in. Let it expire with all its current reciepients. End the unconstitutional department of education.
*Raising taxes wont do it. it CANT do it. You would need to raise taxes %500 or %600. The only thing that will do it is reducing the size of government, and thinking twice before implementing feel good programs left and right.
