		<description>Ross makes a good point.  When collectors do skip tracing they will probably find you name, address and phone number.  That is probably how they got your number in first place.  

When they call tell them that they have the wrong number, also ask for the company name and address and follow up with a letter not to call you.  Don&#039;t make any threats that you are not willing to actually pursue.</description>
