		<description>Try to find an attorney to help you. Also, are you in A LOT of debt? If so you may need to consider filing chapter 7. This would protect you in court ( they could not sue you and would have to forgive the debt) but it will stay on your credit for 7 years. On the flip side tho, if you don&#039;t go bankrupt your credit is going to be killed by getting a judgment against you and it will stay on your credit for just as long. Look into filling and see how much it cost and do it fast, like before you go to court so that when you show up you can show the judge that you are bankrupt. Best of luck and try not to worry to much. You&#039;ll get through it and one day it will all be over.</description>
