It really depends on the 13 itself. I would be happy to answer your individual questions at 800-728-3363
im filing on chapter 13.
I have never heard of that. The only way I know of to “clean” or “sweep” you r credit is to file bankruptcy and eliminate all debt.
I have heard about some lawyers cleaning our credit record is that true? They call it a sweep? Doy ou do that?
You can still get employment after filing bankruptcy. The purpose is to get you out from under the 35k. There is no time limit to how long someone can go after your debt.
I heard that when filing for chp 7, good luck in finding employment.
I owe between my wife and I about 35K or may be even more. Some of the debts are older than ten years, but the collectors keep calling.
I just don’t answer their calls, and Mr. Hughes (the one who call the most) keeps getting more angry with nasty messages.
I filed for chapter 7 this year and it was the best thing I’ve done. I have 680+ credit scores. Find out how by visiting my videos
Excellent.
Dude, great vid! So true!
