You can not eliminate student loans except for some extreme circumstances. I believe you can defer your loans for 3 years but I would check with your loan company?
Hi, I’ve been watching your videos today because I’m pretty stressed about a student loan I got. My question is: If I don’t get a job after my 6 month graduation period (I have a subsidized loan) and I can’t pay anything yet to my lender…should I think about filing bankruptcy? I do not have any credit cards (just a checking account with a debit Master card), no credit, and I owe almost $23,000. And even if I do get a job, I’m pretty sure I won’t be able to pay over $300 bucks monthly…Thanks!
