Can a debt consolidation loan cover my credit card and auto loan? And would I get the title to the car?

it can cover both, as a matter of fact a consolidation loan can cover every loan you have
be careful, read the paperwork very carefully
you may or may not get title to car depending on if lender requires it as collateral for the new loan
oh, and if you are consolidating bills using your home equity, big mistake… if you get in trouble and can’t pay then your home is in danger for the loan
